Mechteld ten Ham, 's-Heerenberg (NL), bronze, 1,20m high.

This status was firstly put into modeling wax. The foundry made a mold of it and then casted it in bronze. 

The status was revealed on first Easterday 2004 and commisioned by foundation "625 Year Town" it was offered to the people of 's-Heerenberg.

Mechteld ten Ham (past away 25 juli 1605) was a woman that lived in 's-Heerenberg at the beginning of the 17th century.

Ze became famous because she was accused of witchcraft and then comdemned, thereby they threw her on the stake.
